Order Turnaround
Standard orders typically ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. Custom made jewelry ships within 2 weeks of receiving your order.  If for some reason there is a delay, we wil contact you via email.

Orders placed by personal check or money order will be shipped once the payment has cleared our bank.

Shipping
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will normally arrive within 2-4 business days from the date of shipment (approximately 2-6 days from the time an order is placed). Orders over 2 pounds may be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Parcel Post.

International Shipping
Only US orders can be accepted at this time.

Your privacy is important to us. We will not disclose your personal information to other organizations or individuals except when required by law. We never share or sell our mailing lists. The Baby Hamock will only use your personal information to fill your order or communicate directly with you, our valued customer. We may, from time to time, contact you via email with announcements regarding The Baby Hammock.

Return Policy
Items may be returned in new, unused, unwashed condition within thirty days of purchase for exchange or a full refund less shipping costs. Clearance items are not returnable. Custom-made jewelry sales are final sales and cannot be returned.

All return must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Any items returned without an RAN will not be accepted. Please call (202) 415-8801 for an RAN prior to sending any returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

ERGO Baby Carrier: 90 day money back guarantee.  If within 90 days of purchase you decide that the ERGO does not work for you, you may return it for a full refund of the product price.  Only the $6.50 shipping cost is not refundable.  We have less than a 5% return rate on ERGO carriers, but the few that are returned are sold as gently used.  All ERGO carriers sold as new are brand new never used carriers.
